Good progress.

But is it just me (no offense) but does your abdominal area and arms look more defined in day 45 than day 90?

P90X is awesome. I hate when people say it won't work and isn't nearly as effective, one minded people that believe cutting should only be done in one way.

I see. Great progress none the less, share some of your experiences with the program with a few other members that may be interested.

A lot of people have been brain washed into thinking p90x was a "scam". It's one of the rare custom made programs that really work.

I think a large part is due to the lighting...but thats just me.

Is this program specifically designed for fat loss? never read much about it.

Yep. It's designed for weight loss.

Go to YouTube and look at some of the results on there, phenomenal.

I have a friend that tried it and swears by it.

yeah, the program is basically a set of 12 work out routines that are very intense and there are practically no breaks.  Seems like the host barely even drinks water, assuming so that he appears more ripped in his videos...yet he can still lecture and work out at the same time.

http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/fb.ashx?m=456617  This thread talks about it a little bit more, so I don't have to lol.

My goal was to get my bf% as low as possible, so by day 45 I was probably the skinniest I've ever been.  I felt weak and small though, so maybe i toned down the intensity of the workouts later on.  Now I am going back to a basic 3-day routine to get my strength back.  I haven't bench pressed, squatted or did any compound exercises in 3 months, miss it lol.
