Overworking arms?

I am following this training routine at the moment which has me doing bicep and tricep exercises (such as bar curls, and cable pushdowns) on a Monday, then the following day working my lats with a lat pulldown machine. Am I overworking my arms and/or not giving them enough time to recover doing arm exercises on the Monday and lat pulldowns on the Tuesday, since lat pulldowns do work the tripeps quite a bit? Note, the routine I'm following does arms and chest on Mondays and Thursdays, and back and legs on Tuesdays and Saturdays. Comments appreciated.

What training routine are you following? Where did you find it? If you are doing arms (bi's, tri's) and then doing back the next day, i would say that is too much for your arms. Working the bi's directly one day, then working them secondary the next is too much. I would split up the days and make monday chest and tri's, then back and bi's on tuesday, then legs and shoulders on wednesday, then repeat on thursday, friday and saturday. That way you only work those groups 1 day at a time.

Change your split to: Mon.-Legs and Calves Tues.-Chest and Biceps Wed.-Rest Thurs.-Back and Traps Fri.-Shoulders and Triceps Sat.-Rest Sun.-Rest You`ll get sufficient rest between bodyparts this way and you won`t have to worry about overtraining! Good Luck !
