 Overtraining?

Overtraining? - Thursday, June 19, 2008 9:06 AM
Is it overtraining to do a Shoulder (Delts/Traps) workout on the day after a Back/Biceps workout?
 
What is football, might you ask? Its the game played with your feet and a round, tessellated ball on grass with a net on each side.

Then what is that one sport where they wear "football" pads and tackle each other? Oh, that's throwball.

My traps would be way too sore after a back day to do them again.
5'6" 125/ Bench: 115 / Front squat: 90 / Deadlift: 205 / Pullups: 10
