  • Get in better cardio shape (kind of)
  • Not look weak and/or skinny

I gave u a good routine a cople of weeks ago,and everybody tells u your overtraining and u continu to do that.

so why are u asking again ?

overtraining make u have less gains and in long term can cause u to be almost always tired,to have anaemia,to don't have gains anymore, and a lot more bad things

why can't you train a muscle more than twice a week? What about bodybuilders how come they do it?

98% of bodybuilders are not training a muscle more than twice a week

And they take steroids so u can't do what they do.

I think we have discussed this workout somewhere else, BB- Correct me if I'm wrong.
But you're hitting too many muscle groups in one day- Monday's workout- Besides doing the workout too many times during the week. When you're trying to do that much in one day, you're going to be neglecting a lot of those muscles by not giving them enough work- One exercise per muscle group isn't enough to get results with. If I were you, I'd seriously think about switching to another routine, one that has you working out no more than two muscle groups a day- And then, try not to work out those muscle groups more than twice a week.
The big deal with overtraining is, at the least, it can slow down or even stop your gains. At the worst, it can lead to injuries from not letting your body rest properly- It can even lower your immune system's ability to fight off illnesses, believe it or not.
People tell you you're overtraining for a reason- I think it's time you switched things up.
