I overhead squat, damn I can't get that low on them. I am still not sure what is "correct", curious to hear the replies you get. From my ignorant eye, they look damn good.

Usually when I do db overheads I only do 1 db and you have stellar mobility. kettlebell swings look good but I'm no expert. Nice getup. Most I've done is 55lbs so that's a hair less than half bodyweight, what's your max?

Looks pretty hardcore. I'm impressed. Of course I know nothing abou form on those given exercises but my untrained eye says everything looks really solid.

when you do an overhead squat shouldnt you be pushing your butt out more? more like a normal squat and pull the dumbells back slightly so they are vertical then?

ORIGINAL: Godzmarine DB Overhead Squats 32kg KB Hip Thrusts 32kg Turkish Getup What do you guys think? Why is the overhead squat performed with dumbells? Take a barbell and make it look like a regular squat. The way you do it, you just stay very upright, allowing the knees to go forward. This way you lose the benefits of the exercise.

-First Video looks like a Snatch, but obviously using dumbbells. Watch the knees, and damn, that's the lowest I've ever seen anyone go. -Next two: Very impressive.
