I'm trying to cut down on body fat and look leaner and achieve a six pack. I was wondering, is organic peanut butter good to eat while cutting and trying to achieve this??

Good fats are probaly the best foods to use when trying to lean down. The body adapts to low fat diets by holding on to extra fat. By eating these good fats, the body will shed fat, andit is also good for increasing Testosterone, lubricating joints, and cardiovacular health.

I would say on average 20 % good fats obviously.

20 to 30% of your calories from fats, prefferably the "good" variety. So 400 to 600 calories worth, which is about 40 to 70 grams of fat a day based on your calorie range.
