You have to try this.

4 large half skinless chicken breasts

juice of one large orange (need 2 oranges total, one for juice, 1 for slices )

2 tablespoons each -fresh savory, thyme-minced

Sea salt & fresh ground pepper

4 orange slices

Arrange chicken breasts, meaty side up, in a baking dish.
Dribble orange juice over the top, and evenly sprinkle with minced herbs. Salt and pepper to taste, and top each with an orange slice.
Cover the baking dish loosely with foil, and bake in a 350  deg. oven for app 35-40 mins. Baste breasts several times durning baking with orange juice drippings . When serving, spoon a little of the drippings over each breast.
