Didn't you do a cycle of this once, Marc? Yup. And I loved it. Lately I've been flying without a clear plan and going to the gym to just do stuff is really bugging me! This is exactly what I need. Did you journal your diet on the last run? I'm putting together my meal plans (I want to plan it all the way through one cycle), and am looking for suggestions.

ORIGINAL: Marc David That I didn't do. I've got this Diet Master Software (pretty high end stuff) and I plan on using it for my mass bulking phase over the less precise (but very good) methods in the Optimum Anabolics guide. I will adjust accordingly for the low protein phase. I could post what I'm personally going to eat for the next 7 days. It does get a little borning mind you but if you introduce too much variety every day for every meal, it gets crazy out of hand to try and meet your goals. Which is why they say bodybuilding diets can be pretty boring. I think my meal plan will be acceptable. I can post if you like? A PDF upload or something. Sure, I'd love to see it. I've been talking to my veggie friends (yes, there are others besides Mr. I-Hop Brett!), and gotten some great vegetarian cookbook recommendations, too. Much better than what I had lying around.

For the curious, I've also started a low protein Critique My Recipe Thread: [link=http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Low_protein_recipes_thread_for_nutty_Optimum_Anabolics_protein_deprivation_phases/m_183443/tm.htm]http://www.discussbodybuilding.com/Low_protein_recipes_thread_for_nutty_Optimum_Anabolics_protein_deprivation_phases/m_183443/tm.htm[/link]
