I already subscribe to it, and Jeff Anderson has been sending me all these emails about his program. Can anyone give me a bit of detail of it? Does it work?

Nav's is the longest-running OA journal on the site. Marc's review ("Optimum Anabolics -- The Review") is him doing it and assessing the program. You won't find better introductions than the guys who are nutty enough to do the program! Smile

One more thing, is the program a book that will be ship to me or is it downloaded to my computer after my other?

It's is a download that I highly suggest you take to a print shop like Kinko's or similar and get printed up. Whatever works really but reading the whole thing online isn't my cup of tea.

You can also contact Jeff Anderson at his page with question and ask if he has a hardcover option? Maybe he does but doesn't advertise it?
