I'm not sure about the met-rx, but ON's primary source of protein is whey isolate, and that's why i like it. Plus, with a question like that, on this board, i bet at least 80% of the people will agree on the ON whey.

I've been taking the ON for about a year now and I like it a lot, it tastes great. However, I found something with just about the same nutrition info but a little bit cheaper that I will start taking soon.

i was acctually thinkin of buyin some of the met-rx protein. just for some variety. iv used ON for a while and i love it and have been true to them for a few years. BUT MET-RX PROTEIN HAS PEANUT BUTTER CUP!!! o it sounds sooooo good! and it has basically the same but i think i ON has like 2 more grams of protein...not a big deal
Determination...nuff said.

I always say this, and it may be annoying to some, but why does tatse matter? Whey is an essential protein for boydbuilding, you should take it any way you can. What's the point of paying more for taste, when you can get the same thing for less.
