Well I was on SS but I really don't like it at all. Too few exercises and too few sets and too few reps. I like bigger volume workouts and I though of this? tell me what you think. Squat 3x5 2x10 1x15 Bench 3x5 2x10 1x15 Deadlift 3x5 2x10 1x15 Power clean 3x5 2x10 1x15 Overhead Press 3x5 2x10 1x15 BB rows 3x5 2x10 1x15 Chin ups 2x10 3x8 1x12
My 5x5s as of November 2nd 2008. Squat 155lbs Bench 155lbs Deadlift 155lbs Connelly's 5x5s as November 2nd 2008 Bench 115 Squat 145 Deadlift 165 Andy11's 5x5 as November 2nd 2008 Bench 150 Squat 150 Deadlift 175

There is no way your gonna achieve 100% performance on all those lifts doing them in the same workout, which makes it seem pretty pointless to me. So you're just doing the same workout every time you lift?

well that's what I wanted cause I wanted to increase the numbers on them. I agree there might be too much in there... I just wish I could actually workout 7 days a week >_< I was on SS like mentioned and I dislike it cause theres so few exercises in each workout and ppl keep telling me to not adding to it. maybe I should do a body parts split but there I wouldn't squat as much and I don't really feel mass isos... GAHH

2weeks? I don't wanna move cause I don't see results, cause it's impossible to see them right away, but I just don't feel ''satisfied'' after a session... I would like to do more.

well you know what? nevermind. I'll just stick to it until at least 6th of december and see if I did any progress ( my birthday ) if I did I'll stick to it further if not then I'll dump it, I just started to read mark rippetoe's book and it gave me a boost... I guess if everyone refers everyone to it, it must be good. I'll stick to the workout, even though I despise it.

Yeah man, really do stick to it! Patience pays off, and SS really pays off from the 3rd to the 6th month
