I have been reading about all different number of reps per set. I used to use the old standby of 4 sets of 10, but recently switched to 4 sets of 6 and this seems to be working well. I have also seen a lot of people who prefer 5 sets of 5. I am just want to know what others think is best for strength gain. Or perhaps you have a different idea altogether about what is best for strength gain. Let me know what you think, and thanks!!
