I'm using this workout: http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/wotw12.htm from a "What is the best fat loss workout?" contest. Do you think this will be sufficient to help me lost around 10lbs of fat by July? I'm also on a low carb diet and take in around 1500 calories a day (at most). Currently 5'1" and 125lbs.

Haven't gotten a response back from her yet.. but I'm kind of an amatuer when it comes to weights on my own. I took a year of weight lifting in high school and I know how to use the machines at my apartment's fitness room, but a few of these are new to me. I've been running an hour 4 days out of the week for the past six or so months, but I'm not doing that anymore. Now I'm following this plan so I'm hoping it will give me better results than all that running did.

Ahh thank you! I was worried that this workout might not do what I intended on doing. I'm pretty dedicated at this point and I just needed that reassurance.

No, it really should. Although admittedly I know nothing about low intesity cardio training. I always went the total opposite way, high intensity, short duration (i hate running). The weight routine is basic, while it is really low volume, since you are not after giant arms or anything, it should do the trick, when it comes to keeping your muscle mass. And with weights especially in the beginning less can often be more. Keep track of your progress, and measure yourself in several spots, or test your body fat. Remeber that at times (although you can not really expect it to happen), you can gain a little mass while losing fat. So the scale may stay the same but your might be losing fat, while putting on a wee bit of muscle. Check your progress, if your headed in the right direction, you'll know. If your lossing weight to quickly add some calories, if your not lossing weight, subtract a little at a time until you find your sweet spot.

I'll do that, then. I know they have a body analysis thing at Gold's Gym, so maybe I'll do one of those once a month. My scale at home (crappy bathroom scale) tends to be a little funny.
