Only the best

Friday, July 11, 2008 11:11 AM
Thankfully, I have arrived at a point in my life where money is not an issue for most things. So I was wondering what the best brands and products are for the following: Protein drink Creatine Multivitamin supplement Any other useful thing I should be taking Assume that money is not an issue. Please note that I am looking for the best—not necessarily the most expensive.

well this is just my opinion but... protein = on 100% whey, 24g of protein per serving, lots of bcaa's and glutamine as well. the choco mint flavor is the best! creatine = sizeon by gaspari nutrition multi = animal pak. very good multi! these are pretty much the basic three sups, and this is basically all u need if ur diet is clean and u have the proper ratios of protein/carbs/fats. but if u got the money u could throw in a pre wo sup like superpump 250

Multi- Animal Pak or ON optimen Whey- ON 100% whey or Cytosport complete whey Creatine: Universal Storm (preWO), Universal torrent(postWO) - torrent also has carbs and protein for postWO nutrition. Others: BCAA's :Xtend BCAA or Universal BCAA or Animal Nitro. Joint protection: Animal Flex. I am a Universal/Animal whore if you haven't noticed. There are a few more things I could add but that would pretty much do it. I basically take this stack with a cheaper whey and a cheaper blend to basically get torrent. I switch between these different products and think that they are all quality. IMO they are better products than their rivals and they are a much better deal.

ON Whey seems to have the majority vote for protein. Animal Pak is almost unanimous for supplement. There seems to be no consensus for Creatine. All-in-all some great suggestions. Thanks! I’ll definitely order some of these. Anyone else have a suggestion?

If money and taste buds are no problem. Isopure or another brand of straight Whey Protein Isolate. Creatine- Cell-tech or any creatine with a legit transport. Not Ethyl Ester. Multi-Any NATURAL multi. Edit-I just looked up Torrent. Not a bad product. I'd prefer my creatine seperate than my protein though. Only 3g of Creatine too. Edit-Edit- I should really look at post dates.
