Online Journal Basics - Monday, June 16, 2003 12:11 PM ( #1 )
Rules and Tips for Posting Your Personal Journal:

Post your stats, goals, current training schedule and nutrition plan if any. In order for people to comment, they will need a pretty good idea of what you are doing, and how you think you want to get there.

Please comment only on an individuals plan. Do not start your own thread in their plan. If you do, it will be deleted if it' s any more then a comment on their plan.

Start your own thread for your plan where others can comment on it.

We do have a very knowledgeable moderator for this forum. They may comment on your journal. But if not, remember that the purpose of a journal is mostly for you, to visually track your progress and hold yourself accountable for your goals.

Goals don' t mean much unless they are written down and a plan of attack designed to address them.

Derogatory, inflammatory or otherwise just plain insulting comments will be removed.

Posts not related to the entry (way way off topic, or a new thread within the post about your journal) will just be removed.

This rule and tip list will be updated as we go along to avoid any problems in the future we might encounter.

Thank you,
