Hummm, well I dont know what you looked like before. But from that Pic. I'd say that it looks like you could have made progress...lol. You have a nice set of traps for just a year into it, I dont see any lats, like at all, that bothers me a bit, and if you dont have any lats, I'm assuming your back isnt that thick either. Also your chest looks pretty small. Now dont get me wrong, you've got great mass, its just that its all inyour delts and arms, and traps. If its not symetricaly proportioned, then it looks foolish, at least to me, and judges, but if you work out just to look good in a cut off sleeve shirt, more power to ya bro...lol, work every muscle, and if you are, thats great, work the ones i mentioned above more, and the other less, until they equal out, thats my advice, prolly not what you wanted to hear, but I'm a no bullshit kinda guy, good mass though. goodluck.

In this pose, when i flex my traps, my lats dont show. Thats just how the most muscular is i guess. But my back is descent, and i know that my chest isnt the greatest, but i dont think that its all that bad. Ill try to post some pics of the rest. I guess that my arms and shoulders jsut grow faster than everything else, but im truly not trying to be one of those cut of sleeve tools, thats just stupid. You can tell im not like that by my farmers tan :P. Thanks for comments.
