u look alot more toned and defined, with a little bit of muscle mass..chest looks bigger, shoulders and biceps show improvement..wat about the legs man? how much weight did u gain, and whats ur stats and all that? For a whole years worth of training i think u could of put on alot more muscle mass,

Since that last photo, maybe 12-14 lbs of lean mass. I dropped my BF% and gained weight. I'd say that's pretty healthy.

I could have gained more, if I wanted to bulk, cut, bulk, cut, etc.

My legs do not gain mass very well, but they are far from chicken legs.

i would recommend hitting ur forearms, they seem to be lagging a little bit but everything else looks pretty symetrical

Yeah, I weigh 160, but I never stopped for a cut so I do not look reallll cut like you do in your back, and especially abs. I started at 125, but I would never like to cut, atleast not until I am 180 lol. But, you look great man, I am glad to see your progress and wish the best to you, keep us updated.
