If i may ask what and how did you eat? anyway great progress, you managed to lean out and gain decnet mass at the same time. Your arms got pretty damn big.

Basically I eat 5-6 meals a day. I make sure each meal has protein and carbs, and I try to eat at least 2 of those meals as real food. I eat a lot of chicken, egg whites, cottage cheese, and salad. I don't eat anything fried, and I stay away from sugars if I can. For carbs, I love me some whole wheat bread with natural peanut butter, oatmeal, cream of rice, or some kashi cereal. My diet is really all over the place, I'm glad I have a good metabolism that keeps my body burning off calories all day. For protein powders it varies. Pretty much whatever I can get for cheap or free, but I stick to whey isolates if I can. I have tried a lot of different supplements. NOxplode, Black powder, NanoVapor, N02, Anabolic Halo, CE2 Hi-def(love this stuff) and I got my hands on a ton of hydroxycut a while back. I take some every now and then if I need the energy, or I know Im gonna go eat like crap at a gathering or something. My training varies too, but whatever schedule Im on, I just make it as intense as I can. If I leave the gym and I don't want to lie down and pass out, it wasn't a good workout. Sometimes I work out twice a day, but never heavy lifting for both. One is dedicated to cardio of some sort, either 30 minutes medium pace on the treadmil, a couple miles on the track, or some interval training or something. I throw in some crossfit sometimes too, or Ill throw on a weight vest and loaded backpack and jog through the forest preserve (I will be doing much more of this throughout the summer, as this fall I will be shipping off to USMC boot camp :D)
