I would replace the lat pulldowns with pull-ups for those who can do pull-ups.

I don't feel rowing in a smith machine is necessary either, stabilizing the external load is one of the greater benefits to a compound movement.

I've always agreed with machines have their place, but I feel they should come after weights - unless there is a Doctor recommended issue.. I tend to like isolations better in a machine, but that's irrelevant since rows are compound
