One week on creatine/thermo - Wednesday, June 25, 2008 7:13 PM ( #1 )
Just started taking creatine/thermogenic a week ago. Starting to see some differences already.... not sure if you can tell by the pics. Just curious. First pic is before... this was about a month ago, not even.

This was taken tonight. Noticeable difference to anyone? Didn't expect huge changes over a week but this stuff is juicing my workout x10. Oh yeah... the face is tribute. Thanks

No, someone had posted a pic with a smiley face over their head before and it was a riot. Thought I would give it a shot. Yeah, minimal loss but their definitely has been some. Hard to tell from pics I know. Just amazed at the intensity I get from creatine... only one week in too. Anywho.
