I have been lifting for 6 years. Currently 160lbs 5'7 at 10% body fat. I am pretty jacked and can press 245 6-8 reps.
In the past I have tried several things, but have not been heavy into lifting for a couple years (got married). Lately Ive used ZMA, tribulus, but nothing serious.
I'm looking to cycle 4 weeks of either 17-HD OR Epistane
(was considering H-drol or M-drol but recent reviews scare me)
+ ZMA,
+ Ecdysterone
And for support,
Saw Palmetto, Fenugreek, Milk Thistle, NAC
And for a PCT, 6-OXO, Tribulus
Anyone with experience with 17-HD? Epistane? Which would you take? Would you take anything different?
