You might want to learn how to pose correctly, it would portray a more accurate picture. Further, if that's the only thing you eat, you're going to want to find a solid protein source. Milk won't do it. You're BF is fine, but if size is what you're looking for, a definitive protein source is needed.

You have nothing to cut to, and if you want to get stronger then with it will come mass.

0.7 per g of lean kg is barely enough for a mouse to survive on, if protein is what you're talking about.

Your average athletic weightlifter should consume about 1.5-1.8g of protein kg of bodyweight. A non-lifter should get about 0.8-1.2

0.8 is the low end of what you need to maintain although I wouldn't even risk going that low to maintain

he is bulking... why is everyone so focused on protein?  Actually you only need 1/2 your body weight or a little more then that in grams of protein per day..  Protein in a non sufficient source of energy and the only reason you would want it at your body weight or 1.5 x your body weight, would be through a cut.. to help burn from the total of your calories per day, along side with the cardio.   When you want to bulk, protein should be only 20% the source of your total calories. the rest should be carbs and fats,  It's all pretty basic really..

Hypertrophy stimulated when your body is in an anabolic state.  Putting your body in an anbolic state to gain muscle would be :

8 hours sleep
Carbs
Fats
Compound lifts

Just never let your body get accustomed to what your doing.  Switch it up, learn new movements..  Keep the form down and pump the weight don't over extend the reps or take a break, Just pump everything.  Make it look easy or don't bother doing it.   Take your measurements..  Eat eat eat and don't stop training..  Unless it's for a week or 2.. time off..  But keep at it !   And just remember it's going to take atleast 5 years to obtain a goal physique depending on what ever that goal may be.

This is the most important thing to remember of anything.  NONE of it happens in a short amount of time.  Consistent effort is KEY.

^^ Agreed with Bri- Every program ever made (even the nasty ones) will work, but nothing will work if you don't give it time. Just look at John Cenas routine, sure he has a degree in exercise physiology and probably knows more about training than I ever will- But his routine... well, SUCKS! But look how good it has worked for him just sticking with it and most importantly- Eating right.

As far as five years = a good physique, it depends on too many things. Like consistency, diet, frequency, volume, intensity, etc.. there's some guys that can workout for five years and look the same- Seems impossible but by ignoring advice they manage to do it- Then there's some guys that can get a phenomenal physique in one year- Depends on your genetic response to stimuli- It depends on what a "good physique" definition would be, I think in less than two years you can look really good if you stick with it and eat right and make progress whenever possible.

BTW, u were wondering what is wrong with your back, right? Well, as said earlier, you need to pose right, so your pic could be misleading, but it looks like you might want to hit your lats.

For sure bulk. Wat are you going to cut to? Bones?

No no no, I was referring to 1.5-1.8per kilogram of bodyweight, which would  be about half your bodyweight in protein.

30% protein/50% carbs/20% fats is how I like to go when bulking. But protein is important for the repair of muscle tissue which is what you're trying to do when bulking, but I'm with you it's a lot in the carbs and fats for the ATP production and pounds of muscle when bulking.

1.5-1.8per kilogram

ahhh! Okay I gotcha!

To be real I don't even count on bulk.. I just keep loading the carbs lol.   But my genetics are not like most people.  Generally people don't usually lean out as fast as I do without a strict diet.
