What do you guys think of that? Its cheap I just bought it should be here in a week or so. I had a choice between a weighing scale or this. I picked this isntead hopefully i don't end up regretting it.

Its ok. Most all of these Impedence devices are not effective for bodybuilders...but it really depends on what you want to use it for.

Use it when you wake up....not the other times, for consistency.

Better for tracking body composition for serious bodybuilding is something like these professional but inexpensive calipers:

Well i am not a serious body builder I guess, I need a rough estimate of my progress, mianly fat loss.

Calipers much better. Impedance devices blow. IM(ns)HO.

If you are trying to gage fat loss...calipers and the fit of cloths will work better!
You will see what I mean.
