I take it at night to avoid fishbreath. It's oil, so it's stored in your bodyfat, so it shouldn't matter when you take it.

At Sam's you can buy coated Omega-3 tablets that don't give you the fish-burps... I take it for heart health, but how does it benefit body-building?

but how does it benefit body-building? Page 266 of Burn the Fat there is a long list. But the 2 I think pertain to your question are the last two. 1) EFA's increase metabolic rate 2) EFA's help burn fat There's about 9 others that do pertain.. but these are the two I picked that I figured were right on. More then just heart health. The Two EFA's are: Omega 6 Omega 3

I've been taking the recommended dosage of 2 capsules of my Fish Oil. How do you guys decide on a doasge of 4-5 (and more I have read)? Is it by weight or something? And to answer your question, I take mine in the morning.

I take 3 grams with each meal. Why? Twin Peak suggested 10-30 grams/day of the stuff, and I trust the fella...

I have seen "Alaska Deep Sea Fish Oil, 1000mg, 100 Softgels Buy 6 for the Price of 5" all over the internet. Is this brand of salmon oil good? It's only $20 for 600capsules. Each capsule has 180mg of EPA and 120mg of DHA.

I take it at night as well, 4 hours of fish burps is something i dont want to experience again. Oh you wussies, it's not even that bad! LOL. My girlfriend complains about the same thing, yet she loves to eat KIM CHI and fish sauce (asian fish sauce) which stinks like all hell. Go figure... I take Omega 3,6,9's twice a day with 4/CLA.

Thanks. I have since lowered my recommendations someone, particularly if you are using SesaThin. Endos = 10-15 grams daily. Mesos = 5-10 grams daily. Ectos = 3-5 grams daily. And if you are taking SesaThin you can halve that.

I was at GNC the other day and lookin' at fish oil. I usally get salmon oil but had grabbed fish oil by accident last time. I noticed that one bottle of the fish oil was $12.99 and the other was $22.99. I asked the guy workin there if it was mispriced and he pointed out the one for $22.99 was descented. I had grabbed the descented one when I was there the last time. Ooooops.... No wonder my bill was so high. Oh well, back to salmon oil next time. I gotta stop by there tomarrow.
