Im not able to progress on my lifts much anymore, so i wanted to find smaller plates to use, IE 1.25 pound or 1 pound plates that i could add on when stuck. Anyone know where i can get some of these?

I know this is an old post, but I thought I would throw this out there for others. 2" I.D. flat washers weight about 0.625 lbs. each. Two of those on each side of the bar will add 2.5 lbs, or one on each side will add 1.25 lbs. And they are cheap, just over $1 each. You can get them at ACE Hardware, or probably any local hardware store. Just be sure to weigh them before you leave with them. The can fluctuate in thickness some, which will throw the weight of them off.
