Hi, I am  47 years old and I started doing weights about four months. I take my training very seriously doing weights, Ab's training as well as cardio.  Three months prior to commence my training I went on a proteine-low carbs diet and went from 229lbs to 195lbs. I don't have too much fat left except at the waist/belly and chest areas.

I would like to know what type of supplements I should/could take to loose my excess fat and attempt to gain muscle mass. I have already purchased a product called Creakic (Muscle Tech) which was suggested to me by a "huge" guy at my Gym.

Any  suggestions would be very much appreciated.

Thank you!

Eat a lot of food, lift hard, and get as much sleep as possible (preferably 8+ hours).

But, don't eat too much, or lift too hard. It's a hard balance. I'm terrible with my diet, and as such haven't progressed much.
Search online for a calorie calculator and determine how many calories you should eat to gain muscle mass. Sorry I can't help much in this aspect, I just eat what I feel like. Not a good option for lifting, but I just make sure to stay away from fast food and processed sugars.
