I have learned quite a bit about preparing to enter and compete in bodybuilding competitions. I have trained for and entered two major competitions in 2005 and plan to enter at least four more before the end of the year. I would like to post some information and training tips that might be helpful to some of you who are thinking about entering a contest sometime in the future. I'll include information on diet, posing, tanning, dressing, stage presence, the atmosphere of a competition, exercise, social interaction with your family during training, working alone or with a trainer and other similar topics. I'll also be glad to answer any of your questions about any of these or other topics. Entering a competition is an exciting adventure. I know many of you would really have a great time if you decided to give it a try. So, let me know if you would like me to load up this thread with contest stuff.

Yea, do it up Old Navy. I might go to see my first competition on April 24th, I'm sure once I see that I will have tons of questions.
