My first log ever. That's right. It will be awesome. Most awesome indeed. Ok so here we go, I recently started using a postworkout drink with creatine, so let's see what kind of progress I'll see. I'll try posting pics soon but my phone camera is so low res it's not even funny. I weighed in at 177lbs today, so I'm happy about that. But I notice there's a difference whenever I wear different shoes. Eh. Water intake changes it too. Today was my all important chest/tri/shoulder day. Flat Bench Warmup 135lbs x10reps 185lbs x5reps 175lbs x5reps 165lbs x5reps 155lbs x10reps 135lbs x10reps Not pusing myself too hard, because I didn't have a spotter today and I would rather not get killed by a barbell. Still I'm definitely noticed more strength, not too long ago I could only get 185 once or twice. Let's keep going. Dumbell Arnold Presses 2x 45lbs each x10reps Cable chest flies 2x (I think 65lbs each) x14reps Decline Machine Press 160bs x10 Tricep pulldown (I'll check the weight tomorrow but it was I think like 4 plates away from the whole stack) 3x 16 reps Lateral raises 2x 25lbs each x12 2x 20lbs each x12 Shoulder press Machine ??? weight x8reps I know I overdid it a bit today. I went about an hour and a half, but I got distracted and was talking to some people. Anywho I'll try to keep future workouts to 60minutes and less sets. I'll give it maybe 5-6 days before doing chest/shoulders/tris again. Feel free to point out my inevitable workout mistakes.
