Odd sized muscles? - Monday, March 15, 2004 1:48 PM
Hi Guys, ive been working out for just over 2 years now, recently ive noticed the left of my chest is more developed then the right, also my right bicep is slightly bigger, everything else is pretty well matched.

Is there any reason why this has happend, or is it natural?

If it's only a slight difference, it's nothing to worry about. Could be you just use those muscles a little more in your day to day life- But it could be that your form's a little off when you work those muscles. Do you notice yourself favoring either side during your lifts? Pay close attention.

I'd say it's natural to have a slight difference. Make sure you got some dumbell work in your routine to make sure both sides of your body is working to full potential.
