Oats N Whey for breakfast :)

I am so excited that ON has come out with Natural 100% Oats and Whey. It tastes really good! Oats and Whey are key in my diet...I usually have them for breakfast after I lift and do cardio. Oats are naturally low in sugar, supply slow-burning complex carbohydrates and hunger-filling dietary fiber. Whey proteins are readily digested and provide considerable amounts of essential amino acids (EAAs) – especially the three branched chain amino acids (BCAAs). The Natural 100% Oats & Whey combines the benefits of Whey and Oats in a smooth, drinkable shake that’s quick to prepare and equally easy to clean up after. THis rocks for me since I have to eat my meal on the way to the office in downtown traffic!!! Each serving has in 24 grams of all-whey protein and as much fiber as a big bowl of oatmeal. It's free of artificial flavors, sweeteners, and synthetic colors. It's great for breakfast, after workouts, and any time that you’re looking for an on-the-go meal. It's only 200 calories and right now it comes in Milk Chocolate and Vanilla Bean flavors. IT's only 1.5 g of fat and 4g of sugar. Perfect! PS. I MUCH prefer it to Muscle Milk N Oats. I had some MM N Oats that came in as extra shipment at my gym and I saved it to eat after I was done competing (I cannot eat that stuff while on season due to the sugar and FAT!!!) And you know what, I tasted it and didn't even want it. This product is so much better and so much better for you...I can eat it anytime on season or off!! · y
