I have always been a little leary of "meal replacement products" because I love food, and after a stint with Slim Fast in high school, I'm not a fan of replacing solids with liquid. But this ON Opti-Pro Meal actually fills me up. I have tried the vanilla and it has a smooth creamy taste. The directions say to use a blender, but I got similar results from just mixing a packet with 16 oz water in a shaker cup - less dishes to wash and no clumps (plus more work friendly). It is so thick and creamy, it's almost too thick to drink through a straw. It has 260 cals, 2g fat, 20g carbs (3 sugars) and 40g protein. It also includes a blend of quick and slow releasing proteins, so it's good to take at night, before bed. It's full of vitamins and other nutrients. Supps 101 price is a little more than a $1 per meal, not bad if you have trouble fitting in 6 good meals a day. The only negative I can think of is that it contains aspartame, and I try to avoid that as much as possible. But it is pretty low on the ingredient list and does not have a weird aspartame-y taste to it.
