Which one is better
ON or Ultra Whey Pro??
Other choices I have are Universal Nutrition Whey
and Mega Pro
please recommend!!
PLus has neone heard of Karols Whey??
Ands if yes is it good??
Because its very cheap as compared to all these other brands...

I'm not sure how much Ultra whey cost but if it's even close to the price on ON, do yourself a favor and go to walmart and purchase bodyfortress whey. It's only $12.99 for a tub and is just as good if not better than most whey's on the market.. and the taste isn't half bad..
There is never enough time to do everything, but there is always enough time to do the most important thing

I wish we had walmart in INdia :(
Whey is frikkin expensive...anyways ill ask for bodyfortress.....
Ultra whey is a tad cheaper than ON here
So shud i go in for that or ON??

Ive noticed with the body fortress I have from walmart, if I take a full scoop of it, it makes my stomache hurt some. The EAS whey I have does not do that. Ive taken the EAS for quite some time so I know its ok. The BF I have taken it just like the EAS on about 4 times and all 4 I had discomfort. Now I take the BF as a half scoop only when I use it and dont have any issues.
