I was always wondering why placing oh press after benchpress was being used, if it was best to use??? Is it really ok placing oh press after the benchpress or it's better to have benchpress then pullups then oh press???
I do the oh press standing like it was originally intended for so if anyone asks.
I'm about to start the 5 rep week workout on hst and just wanted to clarify this... have it like this or have chinups after benchpress then oh press???
routine- m,fri-squats,benchpress,oh press,chinups,vertical leg-hip raise
wed-deadlifts,benchpress,oh press,chinups,vertical leg-hip raise
