I just today went out and bought the NxLabs Ripped System package.  Included in the package is:

-Methyl Ripped
-Methyl Lean
-Methyl Dry
-RIPPED book

Methyl Ripped is a fat burner to be taken during the day.  Methyl Lean is a fat burner supposidly advanced in its thermogenic abilities to be taken at night and not alter sleep patterns.  Methyl Dry is a diuretic which is supposed to dispose of the water between your skin and muscles without making you cramp.  And the book has detailed information on the diet, exercise program, and other tidbits to help aid in becoming ripped.

As of right now I am 218 pounds and attempting to get a little more cut (picture below).  I know the picture is not very good, hopefully before beginning the program I can take better pictures.

I will be beginning the 21 day program tomorrow and will keep you all posted on each of the supplements and my advances.

OK... So here is day 1.

I woke up this morning and took 1 Methyl Ripped Rapid Gel and then 30 minutes later did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill.  I did happen to feel a little more energized than usual, but this could just be the giddyness I had towards starting the new stack.

Later in the day (after taking my second Methyl Ripped Gel 30 minutes prior), I did the upper body workout suggested in the RIPPED book:

**Each exercise used the explosive 1-1-3 speed of reps with 90 seconds between sets**

Decline Barbell Press (6 sets of 4 Reps)
T Bar Rows (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Standing Military Press (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Lat Pulldowns (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Weighted Dips (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Incline Dumbbell Curl (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Hanging Leg Raises (3 sets of 8 Reps)

My workout felt extremely good and I seemed to have a decent amount of energy and focus throughout the entire session.  If I have time later today I will run again for 30 minutes.  Tomorrow I will be doing lower body and I cannot wait.  Also, I cannot wait to try Methyl Lean tonight before I go to bed.

Day 2...

I woke up this morning and took 1 Methyl Ripped Rapid Gel and then 30 minutes later did 30 minutes of cardio on the treadmill as I did yesterday.  So far, I believe these Ripped Gels must be aiding in speeding up my metabolism because I have been a lot more hungry than usual and the thermogenic part seems to be working rather well because I sweat a lot more too.

Later in the day (after taking my second Methyl Ripped Gel 30 minutes prior), I did the lower body workout suggested for today in the RIPPED book:

**Each exercise used the explosive 1-1-3 speed of reps with 90 seconds between sets**

Hack Squat (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Romanian Deadlift (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Leg Press (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Reverse Lunges (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Calf Raises (6 sets of 4 Reps)
Side Bends (3 sets of 10 Reps)

I closed the workout with a good 12 minutes of jump rope.

Once again, the workout felt good.  I don't know if the Ripped Gels provided any extra energy, but I was definitely not lacking any energy, focus, or intensity throughout the session.

I suppose since this supplement isn't intended to maximize performance at all I will discontinue posting how I feel, but I will keep my workouts posted and show end results after the 21 day program is finished.

Sorry for the missed days...

Day 3 was a non-lift day as prescribed by the RIPPED book.  I ran sprints of 20 seconds followed by a minute walk and continued this pattern until I had sprinted a total of 10 times.

Day 4 I ran in the morning for 30 mins.
Later I lift an Upper Body Day except this time with High Volume and a Medium Load:
*The focus of the lifts was control using a 2-1-3 speed of reps*
-Bent Over Rows (3 sets of 12)
-Flat Bench (3 sets of 12)
-Neutral Grip Pulldowns (3 sets of 12)
-Seated Dumbbell Press (3 sets of 12)
-Barbell Curls (3 sets of 12)
-Close Grip Bench (3 sets of 12)
-Hanging Leg Raises (3 sets of 8)

Currently today is Day 5 of the process.  Today is a non-lift day and all I am supposed to do according to the book is the same sprint running I did on day 3.  I will be doing that, but also a before that in the day, I will be doing about 12 minutes of jumprope just to burn a few more calories...

Also, I would like to make a note of the fact that I have been pooping a lot.  I do not know if this is directly correlated with a higher metabolism, but I would just like to note I have been pooping a lot more often than usual since I have started this stack.

Day 6 of the Ripped System Stack

So far I am feeling pretty darn good and thinking I'm looking that much better too.

Today was a leg workout as prescribed by the RIPPED book.  I sincerely despise doing lunges and all exercises of the sort and considering the lifts I did today 3 to me fall in that category.  If the saying no pain no gain was a true thing I would be on the right track for sure.

The prescribed workout is as follows:
*The focus of the lifts was control using a 2-1-3 speed of reps*
Straight Leg Deadlift (3 sets of 12)
Split Squats (3 sets of 12)
Dumbbell Lunges (3 sets of 12)
Step Ups (3 sets of 12)
Calf Raises (3 sets of 12)

Though despising step-ups, split squats, and lunges, I got the workouts done and had a very good workout.  For the most part I am following the Ripped System plan to a "T" and feel I am already looking a little better.  Pictures will be made available when the 21 days is up.

Day 7 of the program only calls for the Sprint style running I already discussed in earlier days so I will not be posting tomorrow.  See you Sunday for the beginning of week 2.

As an extremely spur of the moment decision (because the coach begged me to) I have decided to play football with 2 weeks before the season starts.  I will no longer be following the RIPPED book's guide to lifting and all that, but I will continue to take the stack and utilize the intense football workouts as a way to decrease bodyfat.  I will not be posting as much but I will still keep you guys posted and show pictures when the process is complete....

Just a quick update....

I have been doing a lot of cardio lately with football 6 days a week, but unfortunately have only been lifting twice a week since we're in season now.  I have continued to take the stack pills and am still very anxious to finish the stack off with the DRY pills that are to take the water out from in between the muscle and skin, thus increasing the cut look.

I will be finishing the stack around sometime next week.  I do not have a definite date because a couple days I took only 1 dose of RIPPED tabs and some nights forgot to take the LEAN tabs.

So far so good...
