Nutritional Plans etc. for gaining mass
-
Tuesday, June 28, 2005 12:08 PM
i am 21, 5'11, and 150lbs. I gain strength rather quickly but do not add wieght or size. I am looking to add mass to my body and have found it extremely difficult if not impossible to do so. I have been lifting since i was 16 and seem unable to get above 160lbs. I would like to make it to 180 or 190lbs. I believe a nutritional plan designed for this problem would help me accomplish this. If anyone could give me some tips or advice (# of meals, what to eat protien shakes/intake, etc.) it would be greatly appreciated!!!!

same height as me same problem as me same weight as me (roughly) same ambitional weight as me Blimey what are the chances of that lol Ive found you at last long lost brother! lol I know a bit about nutrition but i dont know enough to give you expert advice, but what worked for me kind of is just stuff your face, full of foods with high carbs and high proteins, and no junk food.
It's impossible to meddle with something that doesn't have a plan
