I'm getting ready to start my first run at Optimum Anabolics and there are just some questions I can't seem to answer myself.
I need to have +/- 130 grams of fat combined in my 5 meals besides the after-workout shake. So that's just about 26 grams /meal if I break them up evenly. The biggest question I have is how to tell if fats are good fats. A list in the program shows the breakdown between fats and the oils / sources, but i'm still unsure.
For example, a peanut butter label I pulled from the internet:
Total fat 16 g
Saturated fat 3 g
So 3 of the 16 is saturated fat, but where does that leave the remainder?
