Edit:forgot to put this, i was 146lbs this day (I know my sig says 150lbs, my weight is weird, it goes up and down by 5-10lbs randomly daily, leave me alone, my body is ****ed) Today 2 roast dinners http://www.ivillage.co.uk/dietandfitness/experts/nutrexpert/articles/0,,238_171831,00.html 1300 calories 5 protein shakes, each one giving 17grams of protein =85grams protein 81 calories each +405 calories chinese beef chowmein Beef: Chow Mein 320 19.5 16.1 18.4 1 cup http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calorie-counter/calories_in_chinese_food/ 320+ as i had more than one cup worth 2 tins of tuna with 350grams of pasta (roughly) 2 tins of tuna=60grams protein 190 calories per tin=380 calories pasta=345 calories per 100 grams +1135 calories roughly ( hey its 1 :14 am you do that maths this tired) 13.2 grams protein per 100 grams =39 grams of protein 68.5 grams of carbohydrates 204 grams of carbs roughly (including the potatoes from roast dinner about 150 grams more) large doner kebab just now UNCLE TONY’S (A) Doner Kebab 1090 10 350 160 Energy (kJ / serve) Fat (g / serve) Sodium (mg / serve) Size 1090 10 350 160 I had extra large...Im just gonna keep with this amount Oh and some sweets and chocolates etc which is the odd calorie here and there lets add up shall we 4630 calories 180-220 grams of protein if you take into account the meat in the roast dinner kebab and beef chow mein 350-400 grams of carbs ...definitely enough fat cant be bothered to add that up and i dont gain weight...with this...whoop de bloody doo

Chicken kiev dinner with mixture of vegetables Nutrition InfoServings Per Recipe: 8 Amount Per Serving Calories: 762Total Fat: 65.9gCholesterol: 142mgSodium: 231mgTotal Carbs: 12.4gDietary Fiber: 0.9gProtein: 30.8gdivided by 4 as i had 2 chicken kievs calories-380fat-33grams3 grams of carbs8 grams of protein vegetables potatoescarrotspeasbrocoli from bagspotatoescalories-77 per 100grams, so i got around 150 calories from thiscarbs-33 gramsprotein-4 gramsthe rest is around 400 calories in total with rather low carb and protein count again with the pasta and tuna so the same as last nights figures (I have this meal every day)2 tins of tuna=60grams protein 190 calories per tin=380 calories+1135 calories roughly 39 grams of protein 68.5 grams of carbohydrates per 100 grams 204 grams of carbs roughly 5 protein shakes=85grams protein and 405 calories same as yesterday and again an extra large doner kebab+1090 calories =3940 calories =190 grams of protein=around 280-320 grams of carbs=Over the RDA of fat
