Hello to all, We often hear that...if you don't eat 5-6 times a day, the body thinks you are starving and therefore starts stocking up...which leads to not loosing any weight/fat but to the exact opposite...My question is how long does it take before the body goes into survival mode. Any insight is welcome Thanks

awesome question, not 100% sure though, it may be an individual thing but i would assume if you are not feeding your body properly i would say it starts right away. Nothing drastic at first but it does start and will get worse unless the cycle is broken. By eating 5 to 7 times a day, these frequent small meals will make you a walking fat burning machine, full of life and energy.
