This has already been addressed multiple times. Avoid this section and post your diet and training routine under diet and than critique my training. Supplements will account for about 5% of your gains (at the max).

If you are going to spend extra I would go with ON pro complex. You could also get ON Nitrocore for cheaper and it will have basically the same ingredient profile with some added carbohydrates which is perfect for post WO.
