Okay on some machines such as leg extensions or leg curls..
There is 2 numbers, one on the left one the right

for example..175   250

Why is this??
which one is right?

thanks.

They're both correct

One number depicts weight in KG's and the other in Lbs

1KG= 2.2lbs

the 175 is the kg
the 250 is the lbs

175x2.2=385 so im assuming this example you are using numbers that arent on the machine.

Im 99.9% sure yes, there is no logical reason as to why 2 numbers are on the same plate other than unit differences.

Check the machine bro.  Does it have a handle on it that you can set saying something like "light" and "heavy."   If so the two numbers represent either the "light" setting or the "heavy" setting, depending upon what you choose.

In my gym this is on certain universal cable machines, not on the leg extensions, so I am thinking that this might be the case.
