Age: 17 Weight: 135 I can't go to the gym since my wrist has been sore for the while, but have promised myself to a new dedication in nutrition. Nutrition has the most lacking process in the science of bodybuilding and staying fit, since no fundamental "fun" can be arrived at it unless one is hungry. Right now my goal is to eat 5-6 meals a day with 30 grams of protein per meal. Aside from that, I'm pretty tired, and have nothing furthur to rectify upon this -maybe tomorrow...
