a buddy of mine was working on a NO-Xplode review and i asked him to send me wut he has and this is it so far.
Nitric oxide has been around for a couple of years and there have been plenty of people who have tried this particular supplement with mixed results.
For those of you who don't know what NO is, let me give you a bit of background.
NO stands for nitric oxide. Nitric oxide is supposed to relax the smooth muscle in the walls of very small arteries called arterioles.
When a muscles contracts and it's blood vessels are dilated, a "puff" of gas appears for a brief instant and than disappears. This gas settles into the underlying smooth muscle cells causing them to relax which allows a surge of blood to pass through more easily.
This gas is called nitric oxide.
You see, every time you do a couple sets of curls and you feel that expanding feeling in your bicep, it means that nitric oxide was released into the smooth muscle, causing an extra surge in blood to your muscles. It gives your muscles that full feeling and that"puffy" look.
Now many of you, mostly beginners, have asked many, many questions about the particular supplement NO-Xplode, and I hope that I can answer all of your questions so there are no more annoying NO-Xplode posts. Lets start with the basics…
What Does Nitric Oxide Do? NO gives more blood to organs when needed. When your arms need more blood supply for movement or for warmth, for example, the brain signals the blood vessels in the arms to release NO.
After a big meal, NO sends more blood to your stomach to help you digest the food. It controls blood pressure, giving more blood when you exercise, and reducing the flow of blood when our body is at rest.
NO is also responsible for the relaxation of blood vessels in the penis, causing the blood to pool which produces an erection. The anti-impotence drugs Viagra ® and Levitra ® work in much the same way.
What is Nitric Oxide Used For? Bodybuilders and athletes know that
Nitric Oxide is a valuable part of their success because it’s responsible for blood flow, oxygen delivery, glucose uptake, muscle velocity, power output, and muscle growth.
How much should I take? This is what the directions tell you to do.
Directions: Recommended Use On Training Days:
Once your tolerance has been established, mix 1-3 scoops with 5-18 oz of cold water and consume 30-45 minutes before training. Use approximately 5-6 oz of water per 1 scoop of powder. Again, vary the amount of water to achieve your desired flavor and sweetness level.
Recommended Use On Non-Training Days:
Mix 1 scoop with 5-6 oz cold water and consume on an empty stomach.
Personally I would suggest just to take 2 scoops to test your tolerance to it and then settle on a good dosage. I also suggest not to take it on non-training days and not to take it 4 hours before bedtime.
Why is my Nitric Oxide is not working anymore? When you have been taking NO for a while you build up an immunity and it loses its effect and many people find themselves taking 3 full scoops by the end of their tub of Nitric oxide. The directions clearly say to test your tolerance and the more nitric oxide you have in your system the greater the tolerance is going to become. I suggest take one or two weeks off to let your body clear itself of the nitric oxide.
Why does my NO-Xplode have creatine in it? Many people do not want to take creatine and look to nitric oxide as a good safe supplement, not that creatine is not safe, but there are a lot of people that do not want to be taking it. However when people look on the ingredients of NO-Xplode on the side of the tub they see that it has what BSN calls A
Muscle Volumizing Creatine Matrix. People need to understand that NO-Xplode does have a very small amount of creatine in it but not enough to make a difference, usually less than 1.5grams.
Is it safe to take Nitric oxide? This particular question is debatable but then again it would not be able be bought if it was bad for you. But in my opinion it is not at all bad for you.
Why does NO-Xplode cost so much? Again this question is debatable and in my opinion you can get much better nitric oxide products for a lot less. Some other very good NO products are Black Powder, NANO Vapor, NO Shotgun, and Superpump 250
What are the side effects of taking NO-Xplode? Although nitric oxide is not steroids it comes with several side effects. So far I have heard reports of diarrhea, stomachache, headache, and vomiting. Although none of these side affects happened on me they can still happen to you.
