Supplement Schedule:
Morning: 1 scoop of whey with breakfast
Pre-Workout: 2 BCAA caps, 2 scoops of BSN NO-Xplode
Intra-Workout: 2 Scoops of SizeOn, half scoop of IDS Waxy Maize
Post-Workout: 1.5 scoops of Elite whey w/ serving of Glutamine, 2 BCAA caps, Animal Pak
Bed-Time: half scoop of Whey with cottage cheese, Novedex XT (2 caps for first 10 days, 3 caps for next 10 days, then 4 for remainder)

Off
Diet: 3500-4000 Calories/ day
Approximately 45% Carb/ 40% Protein/ 15% Fat
