Rona and I were both competing in the Figure for the Nov show where I won Fitness. She is on another board I mod......
We were put in medium which was not our category, we were both under 5'4" which is short but anyway, Rona has a kick ass build and between us 2 gals, I got 6th in Figure medium where there were 12 competitors, and she got 7th place.
This other lady in the pic and gal, they are mother and daughter, mom competing in Figure masters and I don't recall her placing but both her and her daughter who competed in junior fitness, both got trophies I think!
Rona and I veered away from the crowds of women in the other dressing rooms and waiting out in the junior dressing room since they were first on and then left the room so it was nice, just us 2 with another great gal Kaitlin, who was the fitness junior (in the shot with me and Rona). Her mom came and said hi once and awhile. Kaitlin was a doll to have with us, she was so supportive to us all and always ready to help, with a great attitude and sportsmanship!
Another great lady who we did not get a pic with, Suki I think was her name, she came in and would practice some posing in our room too.........just a small group of us and it was nice, peaceful with good energy, where as the other dressing rooms were tense, busy, full, no space and not quite as friendly of an atmosphere.
