Haha, I read you should make the title name of threads interesting to catch peoples eyes.
Anyway, I have a pilonidal cyst, not sure how many of you know what it is but its a cyst that is on the crack of your ass, yes, the crack of your ass.
I had always been scared of squatting/deadlifting when I first started working out, then used my cyst as a excuse for months not to squat or deadlift then one day I decided to man it up and go for it and damn, do I not regret it at ALL.
After heavy Squats/Deadlifts the cyst on my crack WHICH has been lanced, but isn't healing =\ Fills up with puss and becomes hard and when I get home I usually have to squeeze it and drain the puss/blood out of it, it's not a big deal I don't mind it but I'm curious how many other people have Pilonidal Cysts here?
Also, I called it 'Nothing but a Tomatoe' because one day in football practice when I was wearing our practice pants (which are pure white) I got speared directly onto my crack and it looked like I sat on a tomato. Isn't that beautiful?
