I know a decent amount about fitness considering I've been reading on it for a few months off and on. I've done a little bit of just casual working out.. nothing big. I want to start really working on my body though. I have such a hard time really figuring out a workout plan for myself. I don't know where to start. Once I get started.. I will most likely be fine but starting the plan has been such a pain in the arse for me. I don't know how to really set up sets x reps and at what weight I should start on. I can find out my maximum 1 rep weight but how do I find that weight where I know I will only be able to do the required amount of reps of and sets of? Once I figure out the weight I should start at.. I figure add 5 pounds a week and I'll be good to go if I schedule certain body parts for certain days + cardio. I've probalby missed an important page on this website but I just can't seem to figure it out =[ Thanks! I'm a newb =P
