My problem is I just cut down from about 185 to 160 lbs. and I am not sure what to do becasue I have baisicly no muscle and lots of fat so I'm at a stand still. Do I cut down more till i'm pretty lean or do I put on a good 25 lbs. of muscle or so and then cut down any advice is apreciated. Oh just so you know i'm about 5'10 160 lbs. i agree with clean bulk, you need to learn how to flex your abs, sucking it in is nothing. you have an odd body figure probably because you keep on crash dieting. how long did it take you to lose 25lbs? it should of taken 6months or so. remeber .5-2lbs weight loss per week.

I don't possibly see how you could even consider cutting..there's nothing left to cut.. IMO.. you should have been bulking from the last pic you posted.. As long as you avoid junk and eat a clean diet, and of course workout regularly.. you're going to gain muscle with minimal fat.. If you want to gain muscle you have to eat.. no way around it.. dont let yourself get into the mindset of being a professional cutter.. Once you start gaining some muscle it will be twice as easy ridding the fat.. the muscle will actually speed up your metabolism.. you'll be able to eat even more food without the fear of gaining Fat.. Start eating Yoto..

haha Yet just sent me his bulking diet and it looks really good so i'm going have a go at it. I think deep down I knew I had to bulk but when I first started and I had no Idea what I was doing I said I'm going to get skinny gt a six pack and then get big but alas it wasn't meant to be.

yea i agree with smoundzou. you'll probably be surprised actually with what u'll be eating. i was losing about 1-1.5lb a week while cutting with 2200 calories (on average between normal and carb up days). i dropped from 7 days of longer cardio to 3 shorter sessions and still lost 1.5lb. at 2400 calories. then this week i had to take my week off and stayed the same weight with 2575 calories. so now i have to increase at least another 300 since im going to be exercising this week (adding 300+ calories burned each day) and that might not even be enough, but i'll have to see next saturday. so basically dont be afraid to bulk/eat alot because ur worried about fat gain at this point. however keep it clean and increase gradually
