Damn.. No joke you look good bro. Your delts and arms make you look so much bigger then you are. It's mainly your delts though!

I really like how your rear and posterior deltoids are so well shaped, Your triceps as a result look great. I would say just keep doing what your doing but eat more

Only flaw I see is total mass and your right lat over powers your left lat.

So what is your height and weight now?

thanks guys 8)

Im 5 foot 11 last time i checked and i weigh between 150 to 160 idk its constantly changing all the time.  I think im more of an ectomorph so its hard to bulk so my chest is lacking.  I dont know why but my arms have always grown much easier than anything else. and im 17 so i have school and work all the time. always tired lol

Are you double jointed in your right shoulder? Because I'm double jointed in my left shoulder and my lat pops out like that too.

idk its weird it might just be how im flexing cuz sometimes it seems oposite but idk. i found my phone today so tomorow im going to get my new one ( cuz verizon choclates break after 2 weeks!!!) and take some new better pics.

And yeah rollingstone i wish my chest grew easier. I find i get better results with dumbells instead of bench press with barbell. its weird..

RE: Not quite spartan yet - Friday, February 01, 2008 10:16 PM ( #15 )
I been lifting since i was 14 seriously for a couple months then with work and school and stress  sometimes i go through periods where i dont work out as much but enough to keep what i got. i've done bulking and cutting before but i never really have enough time or resources to take it to the next level.

I used to go to a gym but past 3 months i mainly do pull ups sit ups diffrent types of pushups and some stuff with my bench.( just to keep what i got)   But i'm back in it seriously again now that im not as busy.  hoping to gain around 15 pounds by summer and still have a six or eight pack. ( for the ladies )

So i want you guys to critique me and be harsh on my weak areas.

Brutual Honesty Approaching Be Advised:

Front part of body is great especially deltoids, and arms. Arms are massive, no lie.

Back is the weak leak in your entire body. Build that up asap. Chins, deadlifts, power cleans, rows will do you good. I can see you being the guy who focuses all attention on the curling than the mass builders like a deadlift. Might wanna change that habit if that fits your description.

My personal opinions of all BBers is that the back, abdominal definition, and arms make the best picture reel. Without a defined massive back, defined abs, and big arms(like you got) it just doesnt fit my image of a bber.

RE: Not quite spartan yet - Saturday, February 02, 2008 8:20 PM ( #17 )
yeah thx guys. Yeah i do need to gain more mass i think. When i first started lifting and stuffin middle school all i did were push ups sit ups mass curls and pull ups.  Like whenever i watched tv i would do curls and ever since my arms r just bigger. i havnt been working them out except shoulders trying to get the rest of me caught up with them.

I would love to do deadlifts and stuff but hate doing it with standard bench. and i have no lifting belt to prevent injury.  i do some rows and stuff mass pullups ( can do 34 pull ups kinda wide grip strict form)  But i need more mass for sure.

As for my arm routine i used to split my days into back biceps and chest triceps shoulders, and i did just about every excercise for them you can imigine im sure.  Usually in rep range of 8-12. it would be nice if i could find a olympic weight set with squat rack for a decent price.

Do you have any leg pics? When I read your general description of your routine, I don't remember seeing legs being worked.

Impressive upper body.

It wasnt really my general routine, but just all i been able to do under my circumstances. I used to workout my legs on the power runner, squats, leg extensions, and leg curls, then i would do calf raises.

I know my parents r talking about getting a gym membership cuz they want my twin sister to lift for college basketball so im giving them the xtra push.  Im getting new phone today cant wait

RE: Not quite spartan yet - Sunday, February 03, 2008 5:55 AM ( #20 )
That would be cool.

You have so much potential if you want to go farther; aesthetically, balance out, and you've got an ideal guy body over all. You are smart and lucky to have coincided your lifting with your maturation and testosterone surges.

Saw the comment about the belt. Many guys rely on the belt, but if you're patient, you won't need it for a long time. The belt takes the load of stabilizing muscles, which is unfortunate: you want your core to be as outstanding as your big muscles. Save it for the really heavy lifts--quite awhile.

Anyway you can pay for that gym membership on your own, or volunteer to help the parents? It's expensive enough to try and feed a teenage guy; but thrown in heavy lifting, the food bill has to be through the roof! What about the gym at school, is there a weight room there?

Actually yeah we have a decent gym at school and i actually won a award last year from lifting in that class.  I taught alot of kids how to lift and after i broke bones and lost alot of weight i gained it back and teacher loved me.  but this year i don have the class.8(

And yeah my parents used to freak out over me eating so i buy my own food now lol.  I even got my own fridge for christmas!  I know im allowed in that gym after school anytime but most the time its locked..
