I am geting around 5 hours of sleep a night. I know i should be geting at least 8 hours of sleep but i cant. I wake up for school at 5:00 a.m. every morning to make a nice breakfest, then go to im at school from basically 6:30 to 2:15, from there i have baseball evryday till late or if i dont have a baseball game after practice i have work till 10 p.m. Now by time i get home, eaten dinner, and showered its around 12. I know im not the only one around here with a busy schedule. What you guys do about sleep. how much is it affecting my training? Damn i cant wait for summer.
Get up off your ass and train!

thanks alot for stealing my icon . lol jk well it doesnt seem like theres alot u can do if u dont get home until 10. i have a busy schedule too but i find a way to get my stuff done early and get to sleep by 9:30-10:00 giving me 7-7.5 hours of sleep but for u u dont even get home till 10. maybe u could take a shower before work so u could just come home and get right to sleep. that might get u another hour or so
