Fabulous progress! Congratulations!

I think before we can give you any tips, tell us how you got to where you are today (eating plan and exercise), and where you want to go first.

well my eating plan is nothing from the other world b/c at school there is not a lot of choices, neither at home.
So im willing to try any excercice routine anyone recommends me.
monday: chest and triceps
Tuesday: back and biceps
Wednesday: shoulders and traps
Thursday: legs
Friday: Cardio
most of the time i cant go one day a week, so i normally dont do cardio, although im trying to change that.
Also i dont hav ein my plans to lose weight, but i would like to lose fat, and get big... ifu know what i mean

I don't think it's far off, but those scales aren't accurate generally. I'd say you look to be in the 20-22% range.

2o% looks to high for you id say 15-17 plus bodyfat scales are hardly accurate the most accurate way is using bodyfat calipers

no im saying 20% is too high your about ya like trigga said 15-17... its def. not 20... but your physique isn't bad you could go for a clean bulk and then cut.. youd be good

Try a full body routine 3/4 times a week eg.

Horizontal push. Benchpress
Horizontal pull. bent over row
Vertical pull. lat pulldown
Vertical push. Shoulder press
Quad dominant. squat
hip dominant. Deadlift

try somethin like 3 sets of 8-12 reps for about 4 weeks when your in the swing of things maybe use a day to do lower reps and a day for higher reps. (change exercises aswell)

Also its a very good idea to read as many articles as you can an get clued up on diet and exercise technique. Its all about trial and error.....try things out see what works for you.

as for cardio i recon maybe do that straight after your weight session 15 mins interval on a CV machine of your choice (look up interval training). but at the stage your at i recon a good diet and the weight training should do the buisness.

hope this helped. Monster
